Management Profiles | Legacy House of Bountiful

The Leadership Team

David Coles, Executive Director

David is from South Ogden and graduated with a degree in health care administration from Weber State University. He's excited to be back in Bountiful, where he previously worked for 14 years in skilled nursing. He has worked with and served older adults and their families since he was just 14 years old, and has loved every moment. He tells people that he was "born with a servant's heart and a double dose of empathy," which helps him understand the needs of those he serves. He loves spending time with his family, including three children and several grandchildren, playing golf, and riding horses.

Liz Allred, Sales & Marketing Director

Liz has been with Legacy Retirement Communities since 2010 when she first worked as the Corporate Administrative Assistant. In 2012, her love for people and serving others led her to sister community Legacy Village of Taylorsville where she served residents and families for over six years. One of the things Liz loves most about working at Legacy is our Personal Touch Culture. In her day-to-day life, Liz strives to be a little better, do a little more, and to take the time to connect with our residents. Liz believes that everyone is a part of our Legacy family and should feel loved and welcome when they enter our community.

Mindy Bailey, Assistant Administrator

Mindy was born and raised in Centerville, Utah, and attended Brigham Young University and Weber State University. Her career at Legacy House began as a part-time Receptionist in 2021. She loved being behind the desk helping residents, family, and staff. Mindy has also worked as part of the Recreation team to help with activities in Memory Care. She loves having the opportunity to bond with residents and truly get to know them like family. Mindy is excited to continue to grow closer with the residents and families she serves.

Dianne Bailey, Adminstrative Assistant

Dianne was born and raised in Salt Lake. She attended the University of Utah, and recently received her accounting clerk certificate from Salt Lake Community College. Before joining the Legacy family, Dianne spent many years working for her family business, and recently as a secretary at Viewmont High School. She loves her position at Legacy because of all the wonderful residents and families she gets to connect with. Dianne has six grown children, a wonderful husband and several grandchildren. In her free time, you can find her with a good book or enjoying a cruise to some far-off destination.

Lorinda LeFevre, RN, Resident Care Coordinator

Lorinda has lived in Florida, Alabama, and California, but is excited to be in Bountiful, Utah. Her passion for nursing comes from seeing the love and care nurses had for her and her family when faced with serious health challenges. Lorinda attended Brigham Young University and earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Weber State University after raising her eight children as a stay-at-home mom. When not at work, she enjoys hiking, exercise, watercolor painting, quilting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Shelly Robinson, Dining Services Director

Shelly was born and raised in Bountiful in a home where canning, cooking, and baking bread were regular activities. When she was 18, she started her first job as a dietary aide at a local community hospital. She was quickly promoted to the position of cook. After raising three daughters as a stay-at-home mom, running a successful daycare facility, and working part-time in an assisted-living community, she accepted a part-time job at Legacy House of Bountiful. This job soon became a full-time position because she loved the residents and the community so much. She loves working at Legacy and enjoys going the extra mile to provide delicious, healthy food for our residents.

Vicki Scholz, Recreation Director

Vicki was born in Pennsylvania and raised in New York and Los Angeles. Vicki and her husband moved to Utah to attend school, where they raised nine children. She served as PTA President, taught music and dance classes, helped all of her children learn to play a musical instrument, and helped her sons earn their Eagle Scout awards. After her husband passed away, she finished raising the youngest four children while selling real estate. She has been with Legacy House of Bountiful since 2005. She loves coming to work each day because she knows that she, along with her team, provides a positive, loving, compassionate, fun, inspiring and growing experience.

Jerry Wise, Maintenance Director

Jerry was born in Rockford, Illinois, and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. His management and maintenance skills were honed during a long career in the U.S. Army, both in the United States and overseas. Positions included everything from Demolitions Expert to Armored Vehicle Operator to Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and Training Drill Instructor. After retiring from the Army, he worked for a national automotive-service franchise in many skilled roles. He raised three children as a single father. Since moving to Utah, he has spent many years maintaining assisted living communities. He has been with Legacy since 2001 and he loves helping and getting to know the residents in our community.
